Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and one-time purchases made through CodeAudit, operated by Lora Petruskevich, trading as Petruskevich.com(business no. 321448763, Israel).

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment date, no questions asked.

To be eligible:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment.
• Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

• The email address associated with your account
• Your payment receipt or order number
• A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for any period already paid. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the most recent billing cycle if the request is made within 14 days of that payment.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service (including unauthorized scanning).
• Requests made more than 14 days after the payment date.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. We will notify users of material changes by email.
